Interlink Certified by USPS as eDoc Software Vendor

I’m thrilled to announce that Interlink is now certified with the US Postal Service as an authorized vendor of software for submitting eDoc (electronic documentation) via Mail.XML! We also are the first vendor to have a customer authorized to submit eDoc for Periodical mail via Mail.XML.

As a reminder, eDoc allows mailers to submit postage statements and qualification reports to the USPS electronically. This information goes directly into the PostalOne! system, saving the need for printing and hand-delivering pages of required documentation.

Interlink joins six other companies on the certified vendor list and is one of only three certified to submit eDoc via Mail.XML. The others are certified only for use with the Mail.Dat format.

Beta testing currently is underway with several newspapers running Interlink Circulation to ensure success with actual mailings under a variety of scenarios. Once confirmed, we will announce general availability so other publications can begin benefiting from this fantastic new feature.
